Yes, we service Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties.
Our standard rentals are for a one day party. We ask what time your party is for our delivery planning.

We understand sometimes plans change. No worries. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can make the items available for others.
No not at this time. Please inform us immediately if you need to cancel your event. If you have a reservation the items are blocked from being rented by anyone else.
That depends on how many rentals we have that weekend. Generally we do setups on Fridays and removals on Mondays. We will be calling or texing you the week of the party to setup a delivery time. It is a good idea to put in the customer comment section any preference you have for setup time.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We MUST have a way to anchor down the tent. If you are going to be setup on asphalt or concrete we will need to make sure we can stake down the tent.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
The system will not allow a reservation to be made automatically within 7 days of the event. Also Mon-Thurs events are not available. Call, text, or email us to see if we can accommodate your situation.
